In the Seminole Heights neighborhood of North Nebraska Avenue, just east of Tampa Zoo at Lower Park lays these Tampa breweries which are modern, spacious, open, and follow flight presentation. My personal favorite is Graffiti Orange – which is an outstanding creamsicle of wheat beer brewed with lactose, orange peel, and vanilla beans. 

They serve high-quality flavourful refreshing beer and have crisp/clean, hoppy/bitter, and malty/sweet beer. American IPAs, hoppy beer, sour – from fast and fruity Berliner Weisse to oak-aged complex wild ales. If you are a fan of purrfect brew then go for Kitty Likes the Milk, a Chocolate Milk Stout with actual cacao nibs mixed right in, or wicked good Zombie Killer mead.

81Bay Brewing Company is one of the dog-friendly Tampa breweries which was established by three friends who bonded over their immense love for beer, is a microbrewery with its taproom. The taproom wall is decorated with giant mural sculptures, underwater scenes, underwater scenes, a sunken television where you can play video games, and a lot more. 

This is one of the best craft breweries in Tampa which opened in 2016. This brewery focuses on people’s experience, therefore, focusing on drinking beer and playing games. The taproom is quite large and has a court and a performance stage. My personal favorite drink is Ramble on Raspberry Ale – a non-soured framboise and the exceptional raspberry flavor that creates great tasting experiences.

This brewery in Tampa has fantastic classic recipes of breweries with many options starting from the light side like Griddle Cake and apricot Maple blonde ale to sour or Ocean Breathes to Dark side beers like an Irish Red, Coffee Porter. 3. Angry Chair Brewing

As the name sounds “Angry Chair Brewing” the chairs here are a bit different and are famous for serving German Chocolate Cupcake Stout, and Awakening Coffee Milk Stout. With a homely yet hippy atmosphere, this place is perfect to hang out with friends and enjoy the burgeoning nightlife scene.

The taproom has 16 taps that pour innovative and latest creations and the interesting stools made this place one of my favorites. I love their Bananas in Pajamas beer; to your surprise they offer 5 oz pours of anything on the menu. Its IPA’s, pilsners, sours, ales, the 3 Little Birds, and Barrel-Aged No Promises, Purple Puffs brews, are very popular. 

To all beer addicts, this place is paradise as you can find thousands of options like rye beer, India pale ales, porters, and stouts, sour beers with blueberry or raspberry flavors, and many more. Their classic serves are woke milk stout w/Coffee, Vanilla, and Maple, Space Grass IPA, Sound, and Furry Galaxy Saison. 

4. Cigar City Brewing

It is a great place in the Westshore District with a relaxing atmosphere and chilled vibe. Cigar City Brewing is vegan and the best brewery in Floridawhichdistributes to over 40 states and 12 international markets. 

I love their Spanish flair, Florida Esque, and a great place for craft beer where you can have the time to enjoy it to the fullest. I fell in love with their FrostProof beer – Belgian-style white ale that was smooth and crisp and was decorated with orange peel which had 6 % ABV. You should try the Cucumber Saison – a flavourful farmhouse ale with notes of melon and lemongrass. 

The star items of Cigar City Brewing are Jai Alai IPA which contains 7.5% ABV, Florida Man an IPA, Guayabera a Citra pale ale, Fancy Papers a Hazy IPA, Hunahpu’s Imperial Stout which is brewed with cinnamon, vanilla, cacao nibs, and chile peppers. The location of this Tampa brewery has a lot of street parking and the place is surrounded by a ton of mural artwork pieces making it one of the funky places to hang out with friends. 

If you’re planning for a chilled date then their eclectic flavors of beer collection and ambiance are perfect for a perfect night. It also has a tasting room which is excellent and if you need any help the staff are always there to help you out. I love their Deja Moo milk stout, Florida Weisse – Berliner Weisse. Hidden Springs Ale is one of the most famous breweries in Tampa. 

You should also taste Shun the Believer sour ale with coconut and kiwi, Sassy Pants a Citra IPA and, Big Guava sour, Li’l Sebastian an IPA. They had a lot of IPS options – five sours, wheat ale, and a stout. Sexual Manatee passion fruit BlackBerry sour, Kolsch Shut Up, Sassy Pants IPA 8%, Ninja Dust ddh double IPA 8.5%, Apple of my Eye… apple pie sour ale 5.5% ABV is people’s favorite.

This Ybor City brewery is just a minute walk from 7t Avenue and is the perfect place to taste sophisticated and award-winning lagers. This new brewery in Tampa is decorated so beautifully that you should come in and taste their Citrusitas or Big Pluckin’ Pils. 

This spot is my favorite because of its traditional yet modern vibe and offering the best brews like “The Dark”, a toffee flavored lager. Their warm rustic atmosphere makes me relaxed and comfortable while tasting the rich beers. This Tampa brewery also welcomes dogs and pets. 

You should try DDH Double Cold IPA 2, Holiday Spiced Endless Zest, Oktoberfest Amber Marzen, Tidbit Larger, DDH Double Cold IPA, Nitro Chocolate Toasted Coconut Milk Stout, Bourbon Barrel, and a lot more.

You should taste their 3D Beach Blonde Ale, Summer Storm Stout, Bimini Twist IPA, Channel Marker Red Ale, and Forever Weekend Pale Ale which is the most refreshing and smoothest beer I have ever tasted. 

You can also put your hands on the other eleven beers in their taste rooms which are designed for you to indulge in games like ping pong, corn hole, darts, oversized Jenga, and many more. This Tampa Bay brewery offers the tastiest Reuben, the guac and queso, and ridged potato chips.
