  3. I ordered Neuhaus chocolates from union station in Washington DC. Shipment was never sent and the kid running the store insisted it was shipped and gave me the fedex tracking number. I checked the tracking number and the box was NEVER shipped. Utterly horrible no-customer-service. I sent an email to Neuhaus in Belgium and they did nothing to help me!
